Western Africa Shipping Inc. Port Management & Port Operation identification & selection in “African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA)”
Western Africa Shipping Inc., the container carrier specializing in West Africa, is about to introduce a new service to link with West Africa and Europe. The rotation will start in Las Palmas de Gran Canarias and the service will run every nine days. The first vessel, the MV Winston will sail on February 2022. The new service will be operated by Western Africa Shipping Inc., in cooperation with Pikil Port in Bissau. The port rotation will be: Bissau -Las Palmas -Bissau – Banjul- Dakar – Tangier. In Tangier the cargo will be transferred onto others cargos to USA -Europe– Asia- Africa and also the service which calls on Abidjan, Pointe Noire, Luanda, Lobito and Namibia. All cargo towards the USA out of West Africa and Europe will be facilitated as well.
